Job description
Duties:
· Answering incoming sales calls.
· Dealing with email enquiries and invoice requests.
· Processing customer orders.
· Contacting trade customers by phone and email.
· Serving and dealing with customers on the trade counter.
· All other general office duties.
· Occasional helping in warehouse with incoming order processing.
· Occasional packing of orders.
· Maintaining a safe and secure working environment by following safety/company procedures.
Skills:
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Good communication skills.
· PC Literate (Word/Excel).
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
· Work well under pressure.
