Overview
We are seeking a team leader to oversee the delivery of our provision. Duties to include:
- Staff management
- Project planning, performance and quality monitoring
- Support for children and young people
- Operational and administrative duties
You will work at TYP, our Ofsted registered specialist SEND setting as part of our senior staff team, most weekends & school holidays to support young people attending. You may also be needed to cover absence at our commissioned groups, based in Spennymoor, Aycliffe and Bishop, Additionally, there will be some flexible working from the office to meet business needs.
£16.25/hour including holiday pay, 12-16 hours a week
Requirements
- Proven experience in relationship management within educational or social care settings involving children or young people with SEND.
- Strong administrative skills with experience managing documentation, reports, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated management or supervisory experience leading teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders including families and external agencies.
- A relevant qualification in education, social care, or a related field is highly desirable.
Pay: £16.25 per hour
