Future Champions Nursery Ltd is a thriving and highly successful nursery in Horwich, Bolton.
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Deputy Manager to join part of our dedicated and passionate team to cover maternity leave.
The successful candidate will work closely with all colleagues and our management team to ensure the smooth running of the nursery and the highest standards of care and education. They will be an inspirational leader, who will work with children, parents and staff to uphold our company ethos.
The successful candidate must hold at least NVQ Level 3 in Childcare.
Essential Skills
- Previous experience of leadership within education
- Have a good understanding of recent initiatives and legislation
- Have a strong vision for quality early years provision
- Ability to create and maintain excellent relationships with children, colleagues, parents and carers
- Have received training and had experience of dealing with Safeguarding issues
- Be trustworthy, dedicated, hard-working and inspirational
- Be able to demonstrate compassion, empathy and integrity
- Demonstrate love and care for all children
- Recent experience of working in a hands-on role with children
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and delegate work effectively
- Passionate about upholding the company’s ethos and values

Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience.
