Kennedys is seeking a motivated and detail‑driven Litigation Assistant to join our highly respected Catastrophic Injury team in Birmingham. In this role, you will play a key part in assisting with serious motor claims, including sensitive matters that may attract national media attention. You'll work closely with experienced fee‑earners, gaining exposure to some of the most challenging and rewarding work in the sector.

We're looking for someone with:
1–2+ years' relevant experience in a legal support or litigation role*
Experience in defendant personal injury litigation
Ability to prepare medical chronologies
Experience arranging expert appointments and conferences with counsel
Experience supporting large cases within a team environment
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
