New Formation Education are working with a Primary School in Kilburn. The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their team in September for the full academic year (2026/27).
The school is looking for an experienced or aspiring Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full time basis. You will be working with a particular class within this lovely primary school.
You will be working with children in small groups, on a 1:1 basis and also whole class support with the class teacher in your class.

The ideal candidate will:
- Have some experience working with children/young people in roles such youth work / mentoring / tutoring / childcare/ volunteering / nursery work will all be considered
- Be positive, friendly, confident and flexible in approach to working
- Have fantastic maths & English skills
- Knowledge and understanding of the curriculum is desirable but not essential
- A genuine interest and enthusiasm for supporting the next generation of children
- Be available full-time during term time (Monday-Friday 8.15am-4pm) until July 2026 or longer.
