Job Summary:
Love Padel?
Want to turn your passion into a career?
We're looking for an enthusiastic and well-organised Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of our padel courts.
This is an opportunity to join a growing business at the very beginning of an exciting journey. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes padel, loves bringing people together and wants to play a key role in growing one of the UK's fastest-growing sports.
This isn't a role where you'll spend your day behind a desk.
You'll be on court, chatting to players, organising events, creating social media content, welcoming new members and building a club that people genuinely love being part of.
If you already have a padel coaching qualification, brilliant. If not, we'll invest in you by funding your qualification, giving you the opportunity to deliver private coaching sessions alongside your role and earn additional income.
What You'll Be Doing
Every day will be different, but you'll spend your time:
- Building an inclusive and welcoming padel community.
- Being the face of the club and delivering an outstanding experience for every visitor.
- Organising leagues, tournaments, social sessions and beginner events.
- Creating engaging content across our social media channels.
- Encouraging new players to pick up a racket and fall in love with the sport.
- Looking after the day-to-day running of the club, ensuring the courts and facilities always look their best.
- Growing participation and helping establish the club as the place to play padel in the local area.
Who We're Looking For
We're far more interested in your personality than your job title.
You'll be someone who:
- Loves padel and wants to help grow the game.
- Is naturally outgoing, friendly and confident meeting new people.
- Enjoys creating experiences that people remember.
- Has plenty of energy and brings positivity wherever they go.
- Is organised, reliable and happy taking ownership.
- Is comfortable using social media to engage and grow a community.
- Wants to be part of a growing business where they can make a genuine impact.
Whether you've worked in leisure, hospitality, fitness, tennis, customer service or events, if you're passionate about people and padel, we'd love to hear from you.
Why Join Us?
- Be part of a fantastic community in an already established facility.
- Join an ambitious and growing business with clear career progression within the company.
- Gain your padel coaching qualification if you don't already have one.
- Earn additional income through private coaching.
- Commission opportunities.
- Free court access.
- The opportunity to shape the culture and community..
This is more than a job.
It's your chance to help build a community, inspire more people to play padel and be part of an exciting new chapter in one of the UK's fastest-growing sports.
