Join a dynamic Public Affairs team at the heart of the Bank’s external engagement activity. This is an exciting opportunity to build relationships, gain insight into the political and policy landscape, and support senior leaders in their engagement with key stakeholders.
In this role, you'll help deliver the Bank’s external stakeholder engagement plan, working closely with colleagues to ensure meaningful and effective engagement with parliamentarians, government officials and other influential stakeholders.
You will support the delivery of high-profile events and roundtables for senior members of the Bank, including coordinating guest lists, managing invitations and assisting with event delivery. You'll also keep abreast of parliamentary developments, contributing to intelligence gathering and helping produce the weekly political and policy briefing.
The role offers the chance to develop strong communication skills through supporting the production of briefings, presentations and speeches for senior leaders. Responsibilities also include drafting responses to parliamentary questions, MP correspondence and government enquiries.
Alongside core Public Affairs activity, there will be opportunities to collaborate with colleagues from across the Bank on a range of wider projects, providing valuable exposure to different teams and areas of work.
