Catering & Bar Team Member- Zero Hours

The Blakelands Estate is a family run business based in Bobbington, South Staffordshire. Own & ran by the Morgan Family for over 40 years which provides wedding & event services to our clients to their specific needs. We pride ourselves with being completely flexible to suit everyone’s requests for their event.
With our years’ experience in the wedding & events industry, our core team has an average tenure of 14 years making our couples dream days come true as a cohesive team with several members being employed by us for over 20 years.
We are now looking for two individuals to join our core team with roles available across our catering and bar departments on our Breakfast Shift, Wedding Daytime Shift including drinks, canape & food service, Supper Shift & Bar Shifts.
Due to our location, all applicants will be required to have a UK Driving Licence and their own transportation to and from the venue. Unfortunately, we do not benefit from public transport links. The site does have free parking available.
Positions available on a zero hours contract basis of shift work from Thursday- Monday.

Required Skills & Experiences
· Hospitality Experience Desired
· Works well as a Team player as well as independently
· Friendly with good communication skills
· Performs well in high paced environment
· UK Driving Licence with own transportation
· Over 18 years of age due to UK licencing laws
Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist customers with a friendly demeanour, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
· Service of cocktails, canapes, food & drinks to the couples specification
· Taking & processing orders accurately while on bar service with use of till
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service and bar areas.
· Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service.
· Assisting the Management Team
· Adhere to health and safety & other company regulations.
