Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, solving complex people challenges and helping leaders get the very best from their teams?
The Marches Academy Trust is seeking a proactive and solutions focused HR Partner to provide expert HR advice and support across an allocated portfolio of schools and Trust services. As a trusted adviser to Headteachers and senior leaders, you will play a key role in delivering our People and Culture Strategy and supporting the continued growth and success of our Trust.
This varied and rewarding role includes leading employee relations casework, supporting organisational change, workforce planning and recruitment, advising on employment legislation and terms and conditions, and helping leaders develop strong people management practices. You will also contribute to policy development, workforce reporting and continuous improvement across the Trust.
We are looking for a CIPD qualified professional with significant HR experience, excellent communication skills and a strong track record of providing pragmatic, high quality advice to managers. You will be confident managing complex employee relations matters, developing positive stakeholder relationships and identifying practical solutions to workforce challenges.
