Duties
- Prepare ingredients and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Assist in meal preparation, ensuring timely delivery of meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering strictly to food safety protocol.
- Support team members in food plating, and presentation to enhance visual appeal
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for everyone
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques is highly desirable
- Hands-on kitchen experience demonstrating proficiency in meal preparation and cooking techniques
- Strong understanding of culinary practices, including ingredient selection and food presentation
- Good team ethos
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
