We’re looking for a Bartender / Trainee Supervisor to join the team at The Elephant Underground.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced bartender looking to take the next step in their hospitality career, or someone with strong hospitality experience who is ready to develop into a supervisory position.
We’re a busy, independent venue with a focus on great food, cocktails, atmosphere and a genuinely good team environment.
The Role
As a Bartender / Trainee Supervisor, you’ll be working across the bar and helping to support the wider team during busy services. As you develop into the role, you’ll also take on additional responsibility for supporting the smooth running of shifts and the wider team.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident and friendly behind the bar
- Reliable and hardworking
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering great service
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Keen to develop their skills and progress into a supervisory role
Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred, but we’re more interested in finding the right person with the right attitude.
