About the Role
Powder Monkey Brewing Co is looking for a reliable and motivated Packaging & Warehouse Operative to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role within a small, collaborative brewery where no two days are the same.
You'll play an important role in packaging our beers to the highest standards, preparing customer orders and supporting the day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations that keep the brewery running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
•
Operating the canning machine (full training provided)
•
Filling kegs (full training provided)
•
Cleaning kegs (full training provided)
•
Warehouse operations and stock management
•
Assisting with trade deliveries
•
Picking and packaging customer orders for dispatch
•
Loading and unloading deliveries
As part of a small team, you'll also be expected to support other areas of the business when required. This may include, but is not limited to:
•
General cleaning and housekeeping throughout the brewery
•
Supporting other production and warehouse tasks as required
About You
We're looking for someone who:
•
Can maintain excellent attention to detail and quality during repetitive tasks
•
Has a flexible, positive attitude and is happy to support different areas of the business
•
Holds a full UK driving licence and is eligible to drive company vehicles
•
Holds a Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence (desirable)
•
Works well as part of a small team
•
Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
•
Has a good level of physical fitness, as the role involves regular manual handling
