General Manufacturing Operative

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: Alternating weekly shifts:
- Week 1: 6:00am – 2:00pm
- Week 2: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
About the Role
We are looking for reliable and hardworking General Manufacturing Operatives to join our growing production team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are key.
Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating manufacturing and production equipment safely.
- Assembling, packing, and inspecting products to quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
- Following production schedules and work instructions.
- Carrying out quality checks and reporting any issues.
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to team production targets.
- Complying with all health and safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Reliable with good timekeeping.
- Willingness to work alternating morning and afternoon shifts.
- Manufacturing or production experience is an advantage but not essential.
