Delamere is the UK's only purpose-built addiction treatment clinic in the UK. Based in Cheshire, we are a multi-disciplinary team of nurses, doctors, therapists and mentors who provide exemplary care to our guests as they grow beyond addiction. Our purpose-built clinic is an exceptional place to work and as a team we have the great privilege of helping guests who stay with us (typically for 4-6 weeks) make profound transformations. About the person:

Experience and Knowledge
The role is diverse and, accordingly, may suit several distinct skill sets. All relevant academic and professional experience will be considered on merit.
- Desirable experience of working within in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
- Experience of working within a team and independently.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- An understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries.

- Well-organised, with good time management and apt in problem-solving.
- Good interpersonal skills including confidence in written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to respond to enquiries and escalate to other departments as appropriate.
- Ability to adhere to strict hygiene and cleanliness standards set by management.
- An excellent team player who sets maintains high standards, motivates and supports colleagues, promoting personal development.
- Being proactive on shift.
- Competent working with Microsoft Office 365 suite and able to work confidently with Delamere software.
- All relevant transferable skills and capabilities will be considered.
Pay: £12.94 per hour
