Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Production Assistant.
In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, responsible for the entire end-to-end production cycle, from printing and foiling to packing and dispatching orders. There may also be an opportunity to get involved with creating social media content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete production process, from printing and foiling to artwork framing and order packaging.
- Ensure that each order is produced to the highest quality standards and delivered on time.
- Handle order tracking and manage inventory to ensure seamless operations
Key Skills required:
- Attention to detail to ensure that each order is produced to the highest quality standards.
- Ability to swiftly pick up our operation process - to learn how to operate our machines and how to efficiently frame prints and pack orders (full training will be provided).
- Basic computer skills to operate printers, create shipping labels, look up orders, communicate with the wide team and prepare print files.

- Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail to ensure every product passes our quality control and ensure all orders have been designed, created and shipped correctly.
- Desirable quality- Creative: A flair for creativity is a huge plus, particularly in crafting unique content and coming up with new ideas.
