Haystack Café is a Coffee Shop and Kitchen in Merthyr..
We are Looking for a Chef to work 4 days a week (around 35 hours). Working hours are between 7-4pm flexible with days.
We are looking for individuals that enjoy cooking breakfast/Brunch foods to their own design. The Chef will be entirely responsible for the entire operations in the kitchen. Also has a major input into the menu design and other relative business decisions.

The Haystack Café is an independent coffee shop that covers 34 seats, these seats are always full, especially on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. (will need to be able to work under pressure).
Our main mission is to supply great tasting and humble brunch dishes along side the perfectly made coffee. The café design follows the rural agricultural background of the owners, because of this this we will support local food sources as much as possible when creating our menu and buying produce.
Previous experience in a similar role will be extremely beneficial but not a requirement.
