ROLE: Multi-Skilled Engineer
HOURS: Full-time

We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to maintenance schedules.
Role Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to minimise disruption
Respond to urgent issues and troubleshoot on-site problems
Maintain and test critical systems including generators, UPS units, and emergency lighting
Keep accurate records of all work completed
Required Qualifications: Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
Experience in building services or facilities maintenance
Ability to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
Understanding of Health & Safety procedures
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Relevant qualifications or certifications in engineering or maintenance
