Deputy Head of Learning Development/Deputy SENCo
We are seeking an outstanding, enthusiastic and committed Deputy Head of Learning Development / Deputy SENCO to join our dedicated Learning Development team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher with a passion for supporting pupils with SEND and barriers to learning, who is keen to play a key leadership role in promoting academic success, wellbeing, and inclusion across the School.
Working closely with the Head of Learning Development, the successful candidate will help coordinate support for pupils, lead interventions and personalised learning strategies, work collaboratively with colleagues and parents, and contribute to the ongoing development of Learning Development provision throughout the School.
Start Date: ASAP
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: As per Wellingborough School Teacher’s Pay Scale
Reporting to: Head of Learning Development
Hours: Full-Time
