We're recruiting on behalf of an innovative technology company seeking an experienced Senior Software Test Engineer to join its expanding Research & Development team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced software tester to work on cutting-edge products, contributing to the testing and quality assurance of mobile applications, embedded software, web applications, and backend services. You'll play a key role in ensuring products are delivered to the highest standards while working closely with a collaborative engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform manual testing of mobile applications, including feature, regression and stress testing
Test embedded software, web applications and REST APIs
Create and execute automated unit tests
Develop test plans, user stories and test cases
Record, investigate and report defects, working with developers to identify root causes
Support the development of testing strategies and continuous improvement of testing processes
We're looking for someone with:
A minimum of 3 years' software testing experience
ISTQB Foundation qualification (or higher)
Experience testing iOS and Android mobile applications
Experience testing web applications and REST APIs
Knowledge of test management tools such as TestRail
Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with automation testing, embedded software or C# testing would be an advantage
