The ideal candidate will be charismatic, knowledgeable and passionate about delivering a personalised F&B service in the morning, under a worldclass brand. You must also be a confident individual that is motivated to take ownership of a new concept and brand with the ability to work week days and weekends.

As F&B assistant you will be responsible for ensuring our a la Carte breakfast menu is rolled out to the exacting standards of the Tapestry by Hilton. You will work with the F&B team to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Have full knowledge of the food and drink offering in the restaurant/bar with strong focus on delivering exceptional breakfast service and experience for our guests
- Warmly meet and greet guests upon arrival / Confirm guests reservations
- Assist with other areas of the business such as the Samuel Ryder bar & lounge
- Liaise with all team members to ensure swift and efficient communication and service
- Constantly work on initiatives that drive customer service and enhance breakfast experience
- Maintain the reception hosting area, ensuring guest areas are clean and tidy and every guest is welcomed in the most friendly manner
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all menu items provided and identifying opportunities for up-selling and promoting when appropriate
- Ensure team members work together and communicate to provide a continuously high standard of service to our guests
- Ensure all relevant feedback from guests is dealt with in an efficient manner and informed to the F&B Manager
- Able to work in all areas of Food and Beverage including Bar, Breakfast, Lounge and Room Service
- Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service in any other areas of F&B if needed
- Prepare set ups for tables and/or rooms
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure Basic Food Hygiene is always adhered to
- Ensure cleanliness of work areas at all times
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Comply with local licensing laws and strictly follow hotel procedures on opening/closing times
- Assist any other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships with all team members
