This is an exciting, newly created position within our Pricing team, perfect for someone with a strong STEM background or a robust analytical skillset, paired with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen willingness to learn.
Working across domestic supply, you will help ensure pricing activity is delivered accurately, consistently, and on time. Your focus will be the processes, controls, and coordination that turn approved pricing decisions into well-governed changes in our systems and the market.
You will coordinate the end-to-end pricing calendar, gather inputs, track actions and approvals, and maintain clear records. Working with Pricing, Energy Optimisation, Finance, Data, Proposition, Marketing, Compliance, and third parties, you will help ensure approved tariffs and price changes are configured accurately and delivered to deadline.
As part of the role, you will support the triage and resolution of pricing issues, complete defined quality checks, and help improve how the team works. Pricing Process & Timetable Coordination: Gain valuable experience by supporting end-to-end pricing activity, including coordinating timetables, tracking dependencies, and ensuring tariff launches, price changes, and closures happen seamlessly on time.

- System Controls & Governance: Maintain process documentation, version controls, checklists, and approvals to ensure all pricing activity complies with regulatory requirements.
- Problem Solving & Defect Resolution: Log, triage, and track pricing issues through to resolution, identifying recurring causes and helping implement practical improvements to make our operations more efficient and resilient.
- Market Insight & Reporting: Complete competitor pricing research and assist in developing data-driven narratives and presentation materials to clearly communicate commercial options and recommendations to senior leadership
As a Pricing Operations Coordinator you will be organised, numerate and highly detail focused. You will enjoy making cross-functional processes run smoothly and will be confident following controls while spotting when something does not look right. You will understand the importance of accurate records, approvals and deadlines within a regulated environment.
You will be confident using Excel to check and reconcile data and comfortable learning new systems. You do not need to be a pricing modeller, but you will be curious about how information flows through a process and how errors can affect customers and the business. With clear communication skills, you will be comfortable chasing inputs, resolving straightforward issues and escalating risks.
