We are currently recruiting Support Workers to work within supported living services across Kent.
We are looking for reliable, caring and experienced Support Workers who are passionate about providing high-quality care and support to individuals living within supported accommodation.
The Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support and help individuals maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing day-to-day support within supported living services
- Supporting individuals with their personal care and daily routines
- Encouraging independence and community involvement
- Supporting individuals with their emotional and social needs
- Following individual care and support plans
- Completing relevant documentation and handovers
- Working as part of a professional and supportive team
- Maintaining a safe and positive environment for the people you support
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Support Worker is desirable
- Experience within supported living, residential care, learning disabilities or complex care is advantageous
- A caring, patient and professional approach
- Good communication skills
- Reliability and flexibility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Mandatory training certificates must be up to date

Multiple locations are available across Kent, so we may be able to offer shifts close to where you live.
