Job description
We are an experienced air conditioning company who have been working in the industry for 25+ years. We currently have a position available within our service team for the diagnosis, repair, maintenance and commissioning of AHUs, MVHR's, VRV, VRF and split DX systems. We also carry out service to chilled water systems however the candidate will primarily be working on DX with chilled water experience not required.
The majority of our work is in office and public sector environments, with residential works kept to a minimum. Most of the sites that we look after are based in London, however the candidate will occasionally be required to travel to sites outside of the M25 and other parts of the UK. We will supply the candidate with their own company vehicle, with travelling expenses covered by us.
Typical work duties will be as follows:
Diagnosing faults with VRV, VRF, Split, Ventilation and Chilled Water fan coils
Servicing all of the above
Carrying out repairs to all types of air conditioning and ventilation systems
Using a PDA to fill out service sheets, work reports and FGAS sheets
Travelling to multiple sites/jobs per day
Commissioning of air conditioning and ventilation systems
Installation of HVAC and mechanical systems
Our requirements
The candidate must hold the following:
A Minimum of 2 years Experience in the Industry
City & Guilds FGAS or Equivalent
A clean and full drivers licence
CSCS card (not required)
