Due to continued growth, we have an excellent opportunity for a talented Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our growing Commercial Property department.

The Commercial Property department acts for a wide range of local and national clients on a broad spectrum of commercial and residential property transactions.
Candidates must have experience, knowledge and a demonstrable background of handling commercial property work including sales, purchases, letting, leasing, landlord and tenant, financing, and residential conveyancing work.
Applicants should ideally have 5 years PQE (applications from newly qualified candidates will be welcome subject to experience) and must be able to demonstrate sound technical knowledge together with exceptional client care and excellent communication skills, providing pragmatic, commercial advice aligned to clients objectives.
This role is an integral role within a vastly experienced, specialist team and we are looking for candidates with personality and drive to handle a varied caseload. We are looking for a technically strong candidate with a solid grounding in property law and a client-focused approach who is a collaborative team player and will thrive in a supportive environment.
