The Role
We are hiring full‑time and part‑time Barbers to join our team. This role is ideal for newly qualified barbers who want stability, consistent hours, and the opportunity to develop their skills through real shop experience.
You will work alongside experienced barbers, learn advanced Turkish techniques, and build confidence while delivering excellent service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide haircuts, beard trims, and grooming services to a high standard
- Deliver a friendly, professional customer experience
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation
- Support daily shop operations and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
- Learn and develop through hands‑on training and guidance
- Build strong client relationships over time

Requirements
- Recently qualified barber (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
