Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00am – 6:00pm
Contract: Full-Time | Permanent

About the Role
Betr Outsourcing is seeking motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Advisors to join our expanding Winback Energy team.
In this role, you'll speak with customers who are in the process of switching energy providers, helping them understand the benefits of staying with their current supplier and securing successful retention outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to customers who have recently left their energy supplier
- Building strong rapport and identifying customer needs
- Presenting products and services across a variety of client campaigns
- Handling objections confidently and professionally
- Converting customer interest into successful sales outcomes
- Achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Delivering an excellent customer experience on every call
What We're Looking For
- Previous outbound sales or contact centre experience preferred
- Retention or winback experience is highly advantageous
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in overcoming objections and closing sales
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven attitude
- Positive energy and a desire to succeed
