We are recruiting a Nursery Manager to work for a brand new Nursery based close to Honiton. The Nursery caters for up 80 children aged 3 months to 5 years. There is onsite parking and the role is full time over 5 days. You will be someone who is passionate, driven and experienced in managing a nursery.
The role of Nursery Manager will include:
- Overseeing the day to day management of a nursery
- Supporting, coaching and mentoring staff
- Embedding and role modelling high quality practice
- Inspiring leader to a team of 25+ staff
- Growing the team to allow for more children to join
As the Nursery Manager you will need to have:
- Full and relevant early years qualification
- Previous experience as a Nursery Manager
- Able to embed high quality education and practice
- Excellent parent partnerships
- Positive can do attitude
- Drive to increase the size of the team to allow for FTE growth
