Are you a quality‑driven professional with a strong engineering foundation and a passion for building robust systems that make operations safer, smarter, and more consistent? We are looking for a Quality manager who will take ownership of our strategies and lead the charge in elevating standards across the business.
Your new role :
- Quality Strategy — Develop, implement, and continuously refine our Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and customer expectations.
- Process Improvement — Drive root‑cause analysis, corrective actions, and long‑term preventive measures across engineering and production.
- Cross‑Functional Leadership — Partner with engineering, operations, and senior leadership to embed quality into every stage of the product life cycle.
- Compliance & Auditing — Lead internal audits, manage external certification bodies, and ensure documentation is always audit‑ready.
Driving continuous improvement to achieve demanding quality standards throughout our production processes.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Proven experience in quality management, ideally within a manufacturing environment. Solid understanding of ISO 9001, 14001 & 15001, along with continuous improvement tools, and risk‑based thinking. Confident communicator who can influence, coach, and challenge. A proactive mindset with a passion for building systems that prevent problems rather than react to them.
Proven experience in writing/ completing and reviewing risk assessments including COSHH. & NEBOSH qualifications (desirable)
