As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Junior Designer to join our design team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for interior architecture and technical design who wants to develop their career within a premium design environment.
The Role
Working alongside our experienced designers, you will support the design process from initial concept through to technical documentation and installation.
This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys creative designs, has strong technical drawing skills and takes pride in producing accurate, well-presented work.
You'll gain exposure to high-end residential projects while developing your knowledge of luxury products, construction methods and client presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate 2D technical drawings and detailed working drawings using Vectorworks.
- Create high-quality 3D visuals and presentation material for client meetings.
- Assist the senior design team in developing bespoke kitchen and interior concepts.
- Prepare technical documentation for installation and production.
- Ensure drawings meet company standards and are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Support project coordination from concept through to handover.
- Attend site visits and measure surveys where required.
- Assist with showroom presentation, ensuring displays remain to the highest standard.
- Welcome clients and support showroom events and networking activities.
- Travel between our showrooms and project locations when required.
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented and genuinely passionate about great design.
You should enjoy learning, be comfortable managing multiple tasks and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Essential
- Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related discipline.
- Experience using Vectorworks, AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- An interest in architecture, interiors and premium design.
Desirable
- Experience with Winner Design, software.
- Previous experience within an interior design, kitchen design or architectural practice.
- Knowledge of residential construction and technical detailing.
- Experience working with luxury products or premium brands.
- Willing to work Saturday
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
