Overview
We are looking for a Hotel Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of our 23-bedroom aparthotel in Harrogate town centre.
This is a hands-on supervisory position, ideal for an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys working with guests, supporting a team and ensuring consistently high standards across the property.
The Hotel Supervisor will act as a key point of contact between management, guests and the operational team, helping to ensure that every guest receives a welcoming, professional and comfortable experience.
This is a full time permanent role contracted to 35 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the aparthotel.
- Ensure the property is clean, well presented and operating efficiently at all times.
- Carry out regular checks of bedrooms, communal areas and facilities.
- Lead by example and promote a positive professional team environment.
- Ensure operational procedures and company standards are consistently followed.
- Manage the guest journey from booking to departure.
- Anticipate guest needs and look for opportunities to exceed expectations.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed throughout the property.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel industry
- Strong background in guest services and hospitality management
- Knowledge of human resources practices related to staffing, training, and employee relations
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and pro-actively problem solve.
- Comfortable learning various computer guest management systems.

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
