Description
Kidderminster Harriers FC are looking for a full-time skilled, passionate and dedicated first team goalkeeping coach to join their first team staff.
Qualifications
Essential (E)
- All appropriate FA Safeguarding and 1st Aid up in date
Desirable (D)
- UEFA A or B Goalkeeping Diploma
Experience
Essential (E)
- Experience working in elite sport.
- Track record of developing goalkeepers in a part-time or full-time professional environment through individual plans and feedback.
- Experience of working at Step 1–3 level.
- Experience designing and delivering Goalkeeping plans.
- Examples of delivering high performance coaching standards through training sessions.
Desirable (D)
- Exposure to GPS tracking technologies.

- Excellent Technical and Tactical knowledge.
- Excellent Leader and Communicator.
- Problem solver and critical thinker.
- Excellent organiser and planning, with the ability to change and adapt to daily needs and priorities.
- Ability to lead pre-match preparations and post-match reviews to drive learning and development.

- Committed to working hours in line with an elite sporting environment.
- Proactive and positive approach to learning.
Desirable (D)
- Holds a full current up to date driving license.
