This is a proactive new business role. You'll spend a significant part of your week researching prospects, picking up the phone, starting conversations and creating opportunities for our commercial team.

As a New Business Executive, you'll be introducing that vision to organisations across the UK.
You'll help us start conversations with businesses that are looking to modernise their networks, improve security and simplify how they operate.
You'll be supported by experienced technical and commercial teams, but you'll be the person opening doors and creating opportunities.
What you'll be doing
- Researching organisations and identifying potential opportunities
- Making a high volume of outbound calls every day
- Running email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Starting conversations with senior decision-makers
- Qualifying opportunities and booking meetings
- Following up consistently and professionally
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Learning about networking, connectivity and cyber security
- Working closely with the wider team to improve results
We believe the phone remains one of the most effective ways to create meaningful business conversations. While you'll use LinkedIn, email and other channels, the phone will be a key part of your success.

We're not expecting anyone to have all these skills and experiences.
But you may already have some experience in:
- Sales, business development, or customer service
- Telecoms, networking, managed services, or cyber security
- LinkedIn prospecting and social selling
- CRM platforms
- Lead generation and account research
- Objection handling
- Working towards targets
- Building professional relationships
We're particularly interested in speaking to people who have worked in telecoms, managed services, networking, cyber security or the channel and have built strong professional relationships along the way.
What success looks like
Success in this role is measured by activity, conversations created, opportunities generated and ultimately new customers won.
You'll be expected to pick up the phone, create opportunities and build a healthy pipeline. The more conversations you start, the more opportunities you'll uncover.
The people who do well here are naturally curious, genuinely enjoy speaking to people and aren't afraid to make the next call, even after hearing "no".
