Logic Vending | Remote / Flexible | Temporary Project
Logic Vending is currently building a brand-new website, and we’re looking for a freelance Website Content Assistant to help us populate and improve the content across the site.
We have a large range of commercial coffee machines, vending machines, water dispensers, catering equipment and related products that need to be added to the new website with accurate, engaging and consistent information.
The Role
You’ll work alongside our Marketing Manager to help create and upload content for individual product pages.
Your work will include:
- Creating clear and engaging product descriptions
- Researching and compiling key features and benefits
- Adding accurate technical specifications
- Finding and organising suitable product images
- Sourcing product brochures and supporting information from manufacturer websites
- Writing SEO titles, meta descriptions and focus keyphrases
- Formatting content so product pages are consistent across the website
- Reviewing existing content and improving it where required
- Checking information for accuracy before publishing
- Uploading and editing content within the website CMS
What We're Looking For
You don't need to be a coffee machine or vending expert — but you do need to be comfortable researching products and turning technical information into clear, customer-friendly content.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Good written English and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience creating website or e-commerce content
- Good online research skills
- Basic understanding of SEO
- Experience working with a CMS or website editor
- Confidence working independently and following an established page structure
- Canva or basic image-editing skills would be useful
Experience with commercial coffee equipment, vending, hospitality, catering or B2B websites would be a bonus.
The Project
This is initially a temporary/freelance project focused on helping us complete the content for our new Logic Vending website.
We already have the website structure and content style in place. You'll be given examples and guidance to follow, so the main focus will be researching, creating and uploading high-quality product content efficiently and consistently.
There may also be opportunities for further content and marketing work once the new website is launched.
