We are now looking for a talented Chef to join our leadership team and help drive our kitchen standards forward.
The Role
As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to lead a fast-paced kitchen operation, maintain exceptional food quality, and inspire the team through professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives under pressure and takes pride in producing outstanding dishes consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team during service
- Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
- Assist with menu development and seasonal specials
- Ensure consistency across all dishes and sections
- Manage stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
- Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
- Train and develop junior other kitchen staff
- Help create a positive, disciplined, and professional kitchen culture

- Previous experience as a chef ready to step up
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High personal standards and attention to detail
- Passion for fresh food and creative cooking
- Ability to perform under pressure in a busy service environment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills

- Food hygiene qualifications
