To take a very senior role working directly with the head chef in an award winning hotel/restaurant kitchen with an emphasis on quality rather than quantity. You should be ambitious and passionate about food and be a confident team player. You should have a very natural artistic temperament. with a leaning towards pastry work You will need a creative disposition and be prepared to explore the boundaries with exciting presentation and culinary skills. We cannot offer living in hence the realistic salary. We currently hold 2 AA rosettes and you would be expected to have performed at this level already and be able to work at this level on a daily basis.
5 day week, split shifts and full holiday allowance and benefits. Sunday evenings, Mondays and Tuesdays off generally.
