At SafeGuard, we specialise in the manufacture of sealed units for glazing as well as the processing of many other glass products. Established in 1995, we have over 30 years of experience in providing high quality glass and glazing, with a reputation for exceptional service.
We are looking for a Class 2 (Category C) HGV Driver to be based from our busy Peterborough factory, to deliver glass units.
Working hours for this role are 45 hours per week Monday to Friday. Flexibility will be required for working hours, depending on time and locations of customer drops. Usual working hours are 7.30 am to 4.30 pm. Overtime hours are also available mid week.
We are looking for an experienced driver, who holds a class 2 (C) drivers'licence, an in-date driver CPC and digital tachocard. You will be driving either an 18 tonne, 7.5 tonne or van, depending on our customer requirements for the day.
The rate of pay offered for this role is £15.23 per hour. Over time paid at time and a half. There is also the opportunity to earn a monthly performance bonus.
