Hours of work: normally between 6:00am – 3:00pm, 2 days per week. Can work with availability but ideally flexible.
You’ll normally start and end your day at our modern Head Office, which is easily accessible from the M8/M9 motorways by car and is circa. 3 miles from Bathgate and 5 miles from Falkirk.
The family owned and values driven Benholm team, provide clients with the finest real and artificial, domestic and exotic plants, for offices, retail, hospitality and public sector spaces. We’ve established a deep-rooted reputation as an industry leader over the last 30 years and continue to grow our business and our talented team.
Reporting to the Head of Production & Installations, you will support the preparation and production of plants and flowers on-site at Benholm for delivery to customer sites.
Products range from exotic plant displays to entrance arches, framed moss wall panels, bespoke built-in planters to high level trailing features, giant green walls to bespoke branded signage.
We’d like to hear from you if you have excellent customer service skills, creative flair and floristry skills.
We would expect you to be pro-active, take full responsibility for any installation you have assigned to you, have a can-do attitude to finding solutions, and be a clear communicator. Your attention to detail is admirable and you’d be willing to work at heights if needed (e.g. working off a step ladder etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
You’ll have a variety or work, including but not limited to, planting up and creating plant displays, dressing structures and frameworks with plants and flowers for all kinds of displays, Christmas preparations and installs.
Whatever you’re doing, it’ll be interesting and fun.
