Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented cleaning operative to maintain cleanliness and provide general housekeeping support within the admin and colleague areas. The ideal candidate will support our operational team by ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized facility, including operating a waste compactor for waste management.
Key Responsibilities
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop office floors
- Dust and wipe desks, furniture, and surfaces
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
- Clean kitchens, break rooms, and restocking supplies
- Sanitize washrooms and replenish toiletries
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and doors
- Maintain meeting rooms and reception areas
- Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors
- Follow health & safety and COSHH procedures
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
Skills & Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards
- Physically fit for manual tasks
- Good communication skills

Health & Safety

Hours of work
Monday- 08:00-14:00
Tuesday-Friday 13:00-19:00
Pay: £12.37 per hour
