Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning tools and products
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized according to health and safety standards
- Assist with light cooking tasks or food preparation when required, supporting household or hospitality needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally
- Conduct janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in good condition
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and handling cleaning chemicals responsibly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in janitorial services, commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or similar roles is preferred
- Basic cooking skills are a plus for supporting household or hospitality environments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the shift
