Overview
We are looking to recruit a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our small team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across some of the nicest homes in Solihull.
Working days and times are flexible and are open for discussion to suit the appropriate candidates needs. We only operate between 9-3 Monday to Friday so no need for weekends or evenings.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, mopped, vacuumed, and sanitised as per established protocols.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any client inquiries or concerns regarding cleanliness.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning is preferred but not essential as we will support you within our small team.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility in working hours and willingness to adapt to changing priorities as needed.
