Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification and have at least 4 years of hands-on salon/spa experience. You will be confident in delivering a wide range of beauty and spa treatments, ensuring every client receives a personalised, professional, and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a full range of treatments including facials, waxing, massage, manicures, pedicure as a minimum.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships
- Maintain excellent knowledge of products, treatments, and industry trends
- Support the wider team in ensuring the salon/spa runs smoothly and professionally
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety at all times
Requirements
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (additional qualifications desirable)
- At least 3 years’ experience in a salon or spa environment
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with a professional and friendly manner
- Flexibility to work full-time or part-time, including evenings and weekends.
