About the Role
We are looking for a qualified Pilates teacher to join our growing team at The Nest in Hinckley.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about helping people move well, build strength and confidence, and enjoy exercise in a supportive and welcoming environment. You'll be teaching a range of mat Pilates classes, including sessions for older adults and general mixed-ability groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, engaging and progressive Pilates classes
- Adapt exercises to suit a range of abilities and experience levels
- Create a welcoming, inclusive and encouraging class environment
- Support clients to improve strength, mobility, balance and overall wellbeing
- Build positive relationships with regular class members
- Help maintain the warm, community-focused atmosphere The Nest is known for
Classes
- Over 60s Pilates - Monday: 10:00am–11:00am
- Beginners Pilates - Thursday: 10:00am–11:00am
- General Pilates - Wednesday: 6:00pm–7:00pm, Friday: 9:30am–10:30am
There may also be opportunities to cover additional classes.
Pay
Requirements
Essential
- Level 3 Pilates teaching qualification (mat-based minimum)
- Experience teaching group Pilates classes
- Confident adapting exercises for different ages and abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, reliable and professional approach
- Passion for helping people feel stronger and more confident in their bodies
Desirable
- Experience teaching older adults
- Additional qualifications in movement, fitness or wellbeing
- Interest in physiotherapy, rehabilitation or functional movement
- Experience working within a boutique studio environment
