Part-Time Vehicle Progress Chaser
Location: Halesowen Motor House
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 1:00pm (22.5 hours per week)
Contract: Zero Hours Contract
Salary: Competitive hourly rate

We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Vehicle Progress Chaser to join our busy dealership team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, customer service and working in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring vehicles are progressed efficiently from order through to delivery, helping provide an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and progress vehicle orders from order placement through to delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers, transport providers and internal departments.
- Coordinate vehicle preparation with workshop and valeting teams.
- Manage vehicle movements between dealership locations and compounds.
- Ensure all administration and vehicle documentation is completed accurately.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Good attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.
Previous motor trade, administration or customer service experience would be advantageous but is not essential as training will be provided.
