Kitchen Porter/Commis Chef - Experience in food prep essential
Duties:
- Assist with food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the culinary team
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free from debris
- Dispose of waste and recycling properly
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
