About the Role
As a Nursery Assistant/Apprentice, you’ll be right at the heart of our nursery life. Every day is different – one minute you might be building towers, the next you’re going on a mini adventure in the garden, or helping little ones discover something new for the very first time.
Don’t worry if you’re just starting out – we’ll support you every step of the way as you learn and grow in your role.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating fun, playful and safe learning experiences for children aged 0–5.
- Getting stuck in with messy play, crafts, outdoor games and story time.
- Supporting daily routines like snack time, naps and nappy changing.
- Helping little ones build confidence, independence and friendships.
- Being a friendly face for families and working closely with your nursery team.
- Learning lots yourself – we’ll guide you through training and help you achieve your childcare qualification if you’re on an apprenticeship.
