Grounds Café at Milton Country Park
are looking to recruit a Café Supervisor
Grounds Café at Milton Country Park is taking on aCafé Supervisor, someone with experience in running shifts and managing a team of staff, someone who can drive the team to deliver outstanding customer service and who can maintain company standards. We are looking for someone to join the existing management team to support the Manager and other Supervisors with the daily running of the Café, to follow opening and closing procedures and to complete company paperwork.
We are offering around 25/30 hours per week, usually over 4/5 days per week, which includes days both in the week and also at the weekend.
Experience as a fully trained barista is ideal and basic food preparation would also be helpful but not essential. What we do want though is someone who is driven to deliver outstanding customer service.
The starting rate of pay is flexible for the right candidates but this will be discussed at the interview.
