Alfa Staff are looking for production assembly operatives for a Client in Caerphilly. The production Assembly operatives may be assembling, heat sealing or Clueing parts. Our client manufactures various types of equipment. Full training will be given in operating any machinery.
Hourly Rate: £12.71 to £19.06
Hours: 6am to 2pm (2 hours paid at £13.98 and 6 paid at £12.71 per Hour)
and 2pm to 10pm – (2.75 hours paid at £12.71 and 5.25 hours paid at £13.98 per hour)
1 week of days followed by a week of afternoons.
All Overtime paid at time + Half - £19.06
Personal attributes: -
· Must have dexterity skills
· Must pay attention to detail.
· Must not be phased by repetitive procedures.
· Good literacy and Numeracy skills
· Knowledge of Health & Safety in the workplace (Manual Handling awareness)
· Must be physically fit as will involve standing for long periods
· Be able to work in a team environment and can work alone
· Must be motivated and a good timekeeper.
