What you'll do:
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of technical services and IT support operations.
- Lead technical teams to ensure efficient resolution of service requests and operational issues.
- Develop and improve technical service processes that enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, systems maintenance, and technology support activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver reliable technology solutions.
- Monitor service performance, prepare operational reports, and recommend improvements.
- Manage technology vendors, service providers, and technical resources.
- Support cybersecurity, system availability, and business continuity initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and technology best practices.
- Mentor and develop technical professionals while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience in technical services, IT support, systems administration, infrastructure, technology operations, or a related field is beneficial.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, cybersecurity, or enterprise systems is beneficial.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £5,300.00-£7,000.00 per month
