Responsibilities
- Dispense prescribed medications accurately in accordance with legal and organisational guidelines

- Maintain precise records of prescriptions and medication inventories
- Monitor patient responses to medication therapies and report adverse reactions promptly

- Stay informed about new medications, treatments, and industry regulations through continuous professional development
Experience
- Proven experience working as a Pharmacist
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members to ensure safe medication use
