Due to continued growth, one of the UK's leading Fencing Contractors is currently seeking a Contracts Supervisor to work full time out of their South East office.
The company is a well-established organisation in the Fencing industry, involved in a wide range of projects installing perimeter fencing products, such as timber fencing, steel fencing, environmental noise barriers, automated gates and bespoke related products, to a variety of commercial, industrial and educational organisations across the UK.
The company are now looking to recruit a Contracts Supervisor to join the team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within the fencing industry, a proven track record, be hardworking, driven and looking to join a growing organisation.
To enable you to successfully carry out your role, you will be provided with a company car (or car allowance), phone, laptop, and death-in-service. Your working hours will be Monday – Thursday 8am – 4.30pm Friday 8am – 3pm. However, it is pertinent to note that you may be required to work such additional hours as may be necessary for the efficient and proper performance of your duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise site contracts to support delivery of a wide range of projects within time and budget constraints
- Ensure quality and safety requirements are never compromised on site
- Organise and control directly-employed and sub-contract labour, maintaining high standards throughout the projects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they are continually satisfied with the products and services the company has provided
- Prepare risk assessments, method statements, quality plans, invoicing, etc
- Ensure works are installed as per approved working drawings and specifications
- Ensure that deliveries of materials meet the program requirements
- Complete initial Site Surveys as and when required
- Provide timely updates to clients and the admin department on job status, managing expectations on any delays
- Provide prompt and accurate reporting to the senior management/Directors as required
- Organise relevant training
- Will be required to work away on occasion

- Full clean UK drivers license
Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
